 Approved on consent agenda: public officials bonds, minutes, budget amendments, digital learning invoices for Moore County Schools, JCPC funding revision, resolution authorizing upset bid process for LRK # 00026840, Deed of Dedication for Winston Pines, Sheriff off-duty holiday pay, amendment to budget ordinance

 Held a public hearing regarding recommended amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance and approved the amendments

 Held a public hearing regarding recommended amendments to the Road Name and Addressing Ordinance and approved the amendments

 Approved revised fee schedule for Solid Waste

 Approved contract with Judy D. Brooks Contractor, Inc. for removal and hauling of mulch material from the Moore County Landfill

 Authorized Cooperative Extension Fork to Farm Partnership application

 Approved modification agreement to MOU between NCDHHS and Moore County DSS

 Approved amendment to RFP bid award standard for service contracts for the detention center

 Adopted resolutions for the 2015 International Fire Code, with 2018 NC amendments and appendices

 Approved renewal of lease for the communication antenna space on the telecommunications facility located at Glendon-Carthage Rd for an additional five-year term

 Awarded bid to US Bancorp Government Leasing and Finance, Inc. and authorized entering into purchase contract and contract for services not to exceed $223,200 for Stryker Power-Pro XT stretchers, and a seven year service agreement

 Approved contract with Riley Paving

 Adopted resolution levying an additional one-quarter cent county sales and use tax

 Approved Board of Education request for funding of $1,131,360.75 (from capital reserve – to be reimbursed through the General Obligation Bond financing process) for early site grading for the replacement of Southern Pines Elementary

 Appointed Sheriff Ronnie Fields to the Courthouse Facilities Advisory Committee

 Appointed Barbara Allred, James Dunlap, Larry Caddell, Jon McKiver, and Erik Stromberg to the Fire Commission and extended term lengths of all other members by 6 months to coincide with the budget process
