About The Country Club of Whispering Pines
The Country Club of Whispering Pines is one of the finest golf properties in all of North Carolina, which is, to say the least, a state known for its excellent courses. Featuring two distinctly different 18-hole layouts (River & Pines) the CC of Whispering Pines provides a traditional North Carolina layout with tall pines and hard pan areas lined with pine needles with the Pines Course. Head to the River Course and play what feels like a traditional Northeast layout with elevation changes outlined by several lakes. Ellis Maples, a Donald Ross prodigy, was able to blend two fantastic layouts which have placed The Country Club of Whispering Pines among the elite facilities in North Carolina.
