Sheriff Neil Godfrey announced the arrest of three individuals following a drug investigation in the Robbins area of Moore County.

On August 10, 2017 the Moore County Sheriff’s Office along with the Robbins Police Department conducted a traffic stop of a 2009 Honda Accord in the town of Robbins. Based on the investigation, Deputies conducted a search of the vehicle seizing: 203 grams of a counterfeit-marijuana controlled-substance, three grams of marijuana, three grams of synthetic-marijuana, one gram of heroin, assorted drug paraphernalia and $678.00 in US currency.

Booth was charged with: possession with the intent to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled-substance, selling and delivering a counterfeit controlled-substance, conspiring to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled-substance, felony possession of heroin, the felony maintaining of a vehicle for the storage of a controlled-substance, possessing less than half an ounce of marijuana and the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Booth was given a $100,000 unsecured bond with an August 22, 2017 District Court date.

Marley was charged with: felony possession of heroin, conspiring to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled-substance, the felony maintaining of a vehicle for the storage of a controlled-substance, possessing less than half an ounce of marijuana and the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marley was placed in the Moore County Detention Center and given a $100,000 secured bond with an August 22, 2017 District Court date.

Barrett was charged with: felony possession of heroin, conspiring to sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled-substance, the felony maintaining of a vehicle for the storage of a controlled-substance, possessing synthetic marijuana (spice), possessing less than half an ounce of marijuana and the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Barrett was placed in the Moore County Detention Center and given a $125,000 secured bond with an August 22, 2017 District Court date.

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
