Sheriff Neil Godfrey announced the drug arrest of Edgar Samuel Kimball in Cameron, North Carolina.
On September 4th, 2018 deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop in the Cameron area of Moore County. As a result of the traffic stop, deputies conducted a search of the vehicle and occupants.
During the search, deputies found Edgar Samuel Kimball in possession of nine grams of methamphetamine, three grams of powder cocaine, (39) dosage units of Amphetamine prescription pills, (23) dosage units of Alprazolam prescription pills, two dosage units of Oxycodone prescription pills, one gram of marijuana, one dosage unit of Buprenorphine Hydrochloride, items of Drug Paraphernalia, five counterfeit one hundred dollar bills and $137.00 in U.S. Currency.
Edgar Samuel Kimball, 40 years of age from 120 Dewberry Lane, Cameron, NC
Charges: Felony possession of Cocaine, Possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, Felony possession of Methamphetamine, Possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Possession of Counterfeit U.S. Currency, Simple Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Simple Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana up to ½ Ounce and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $100,000.00 – Secured
Kimball is scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on September 25th, 2018.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
