The Southern Pines Police Department announces the arrest of Christian Dominic Boeger, 21 years of age, of Carthage, North Carolina, for Possession with the Intent to Sell/Deliver Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of Cocaine, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Deliver Marijuana and Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances.
On January 9, 2019, at approximately 1:50 am, officers from the Southern Pines Police Department’s Patrol Division and K-9 Unit were conducting a narcotics investigation in a parking lot located in the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 1 in Southern Pines, North Carolina.
During this investigation, Christian Dominic Boeger was located seated in a parked vehicle after being observed placing a bag in the trunk of the vehicle. K-9 Ivy was deployed and subsequently alerted to the presence of narcotics.
Following the alert by K-9 Ivy, a search was conducted of the vehicle. Recovered from the bag placed by Christian Dominic Boeger in the vehicle’s trunk was 119 grams of marijuana, 7.3 grams of methamphetamine, 1 gram of cocaine, digital scales, narcotic packaging supplies, hypodermic needles and assorted drug paraphernalia.
Christian Dominic Boeger appeared before a Moore County Magistrate, and was subsequently incarcerated in the Moore County Detention Center under a $75,000.00 secured bond.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
