Sheriff Ronnie Fields announces the drug arrest of four individuals following a Probation search in the Robbins area of Moore County.

On February 13th, 2019, Deputies with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office assisted Moore County Probation/Parole with a search at 3227 Cedar Hill Road in the Robbins area of Moore County. As a result of the search, deputies seized: 44 Grams of Methamphetamine, eight dosage units of Suboxone-(Buprenorphine and Naloxone), items of Drug Paraphernalia and $987.00 in U.S. Currency. The total street value of the seized drugs is approximately $5,360.00.

Timothy Reed

Timothy Craig Reed, 39 years of age
3227 Cedar Hill Road, Robbins, NC
Charges: Felony Possession of Schedule II controlled substance-(Methamphetamine), Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II controlled substance-(Methamphetamine), Trafficking Methamphetamine, Maintain a Dwelling for Keeping and Selling a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bond: $75,000.00 – Secured

Justin Chriscoe

Justin Edward Chriscoe, 37 years of age

Charges: Felony Possession of Schedule II controlled substance-(Methamphetamine), Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II controlled substance-(Methamphetamine), Trafficking Methamphetamine, Maintain a Dwelling for Keeping and Selling a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Charges: Simple Possession of Schedule III controlled substance-Suboxone-(Buprenorphine and Naloxone)
Bond: Released on Citation

The four suspects are scheduled to first appear in Moore County District Court on March 20th, 2019.

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
