According to Aberdeen Police Chief Carl Colasacco two vehicles were hit by gunfire at a party Saturday night at the Aberdeen Postmasters House on the corner of South Street and Pine Street.
Officers were called to the party around 11:00 pm and found that two vehicles had been hit by gunfire. Chief Colasacco stated that no people were hit by any of the rounds fired in the incident.
The incident occurred at a party being held by a group that had rented the Postmasters House. According to the Chief, officers had responded to other minor complaints at the same party before being called back for the shots being fired.
No one has been arrested for this incident which remains under active investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the Aberdeen Police Department Crime Tip Line at 944-4561.
