The Heritage Flag Company was founded in 2014 by Licensed General Contractor and cabinet maker Heath Trigg, following the design of a special custom bar for Southern Pines Brewing Company in Southern Pines, NC. Using deconstructed whiskey barrels, Trigg’s company was contracted to design the tasting room. As an appreciation gift for their business, and more importantly their service to the country, Heath’s workers designed and constructed an American Flag from the scraps that remained from the tasting room project. This one-of-kind gesture quickly caught on like wild fire, and Heath was inundated by requests for these unique creations.
Today, The Heritage Flag Company sells flags and other handmade items made from whiskey and wine barrels to customers in every state and more than 38 countries, signifying the honor and freedom the American Flag represents.
